And why would you send me a message on an online dating site if you live in California and I live in Texas?

I mean I give leeway to the same state (ex Dallas which is still a four hour drive) but how are we supposed to date living a couple thousand miles apart?

I was really lucky to have met an amazing guy. We met online, on asiandate.com to be exact. He messaged me. Honestly, I wasn't very interested. But we got to talking and slowly I started falling for him . We could talk for hours that first day . I was scared to meet in person. Bur everything went smoothly.

My friend (female, mid 30's) swears by Bumble. Convinced me to try. Not fantastic but not terrible. Definitely like that the girl texts first. Hate that half the guys don't even bother to put anything under their bio though.
