University of Houston coach Tom Herman has signed a five-year contract for $2.8 million a year.
"It's a relief to finally get it officially off my plate," Herman told the Chronicle on Friday morning.

I actually made a comment to my dad while we were watching that UH had paid way too much money for the security. 1) because they did jack sh/t to prevent people from getting on the field and 2) because of the actions of many individuals within their ranks. It is pretty obvious they hire the bottom end of the talent pool.
