Down 4 lbs in 2 days, 9 lbs in the last week. Only 19 more to go. I'm surprisingly not hungry, even though I'm only eating about 600 calories a day. I think the suppression of my appetite is probably just psychological, given the situation.

My sodium intake has also been a little high the past few days. Hopefully that explains the gain I posted today and will give me some more to squeeze out. I hit the gym extra hard tonight, and I'm going to start my carb and salt restricted diet a day early.

The upside to all this weight loss is it will make your dong appear bigger. Nobody likes "dicky doo" syndrome.
Try the ecoli diet. It never fails.
So far I'm not making it. I've got 10 more to go in the next 2 days.
If you haven't already depleted your water weight it is very doable with dehydrating yourself in the next 2 days with some sauna assistance.
