that scene with Amy and Dan at the bar was perfect. Amy is getting **** on by Selina and everyone else so badly that she was disappointed that Dan wasn't actually asking her out. Brutal.

So great.

That was one of the greatest, and most refreshing scenes I've seen on TV in a long time.

I love Veep. I love Selina. I love the staff. I love the hilarity. But it also needed that mental breakdown "**** you you're all crazy, am I the only one that can see this bull****?!" moment, because it had been trending there for quite a while.

The hiring of Karen and the brilliant job she did to channel her inner EB Farnum and simply repeat, or say the exact same thing in her own words right on top of Selina was getting so hilariously ridiculous, that someone had to call her out.

I love the staff and their stupidity, but I also love that they went there with Amy. That's why this show is so damn good.

Amy's "The worst thing to happen to this country since food in buckets" line made me pause the TV because I was laughing so hard.

Senator Furlong continues to crush every scene he is in. I absolutely love him.

i also like Hugh Laurie's line "I'm afraid with deep regret I'm going to have to accept."

at first, i couldn't decide if we was making just a joke or if it was a swipe and a joke at Selina. after having to repeat it a number of times, you could see the actual regret forming on his face and hear it in his voice.

Hugh Laurie is perfect for this character

Any time I talk to someone about this show, I alway s find myself making a comment about how fantastic the profanity is. It is like Ralphie's father became a screenwriter.

He worked in profanity the way other artists might work in oils or clay. It was his true medium; a master.

Laugh/cry at Jonah's bourbon joke. "18 and wet."

I officially need this to be an hour a week. Except I need the first half all veep and their stuff, and the 2nd half only Dan and Amy as lobbyists. Their on screen chemistry is some of the best on TV today

The lack of love on this thread makes me sad.

Sundays episode is one of my favorites of the series. Mike freaking out is always gold. Gary wanting to be important until it really mattered. Jonah and Dan back to together again. And the cherry on top - Ben dealing with a crisis.

I thought I was going to hate the Richard character but his innocence and being paired with Jonah makes for some top notch comedy.

Jonah and Richard are amazing together. There scene at the VPs speech the other night was hilarious.

That was f'ing fantastic.

Watching facial expressions they are trying so hard to stay in character.
