Here is another angle that might help. No one that has seen video of this deer scores it less than 170.

He looks bigger than one my buddy shot last year. Yours is wider, got a longer drop tine, pretty heavy.
His scored 178.

He may not have the length for 180 though.
Possibly mid 150's, i just don't see where you get 170? He is NO WHERE near 25" wide...maybe 22 and that's pushing it. His beams are 23-24" long, and his longest tine is maybe 10". Don't know it is hard to tell from pics, but that is my .02 for what it is worth.

From what I can see he will score around 150-155. His beams are decent and probably be about 23". He definitely doesnt have the tine length to be a 170 or 180 class deer. Either way that drop tine makes him very unique and nice trophy for anyone.
Agreed Gurm, this part of the year sucks with nothing to hunt. I need to go kill some pigs or something.

Second glance..maybe too young. 4 1/2 - 5 1/2?

No way that deer scores 170, probably between150 and 160. Remember that your spread is not where you accumulate inches. Tine length, tine length, tine length!

That picture is about 3 years old. he is now a 14 point and looking very good. Thanks for the replies.
ok I had this buck at 10 yards and he is every bit of 25 in wide. The pic is misleading. That picture is in feb after the rut. Earlier in the year that buck wieghed 50 lbs more. He's 6 yrs old. I have a buck on the wall that is 22 in wide that scores 162. This buck makes mine look small. I guess rb needs to ground checK him opening weekend so we can settle this.
Thats a 175...the buck was shot about 2 years ago in Cotulla. My unlce is the guide so i got to ride along
