A premium poster said she is still in school, she just isn't able to be on the team. The poster gave no explanation of what that means.

Good for Kennedy and the team. She will be a good one if she can limit the walks- which it sounds like she is doing so far.

She is still in school and I have also been told giving pitching lessons to area kids.

Kennedy shutting the door in the final frame in 3 of the 5 games this weekend shows how far she's come. She was nails all weekend. Pitching was great, only 8 runs given up in 5 games, 3 of which came in 1 inning of a game that was mostly in hand.

Look around the country at some of the scores this past weekend and you'll see how nice it is to have a staff that only gives up 8 runs in 5 games.

On offense… the last 2 games left something to be desired. It was nice to see them manufacture runs to get the 2 wins. Let's hope this was just a mini slump that they can shake off this week.

Em to the K is the Ace. They will ride her when they need to. Also, JULIA was HUGE this weekend, and I can't wait to see everyone on Saturday and possibly Friday night at least. I'll text where I'm at, and let's all get a cold one between games together

Yes lots of deep hits that just happened to be right in the gloves of SLU. Couple of really good plays by some of their outfielders too.

On the radio post game interview Allie Enright said she thought her 4th inning bases loaded double was foul and it looked like that to me on the replay.

Team has been fun to watch. You can tell they are having fun which makes it more enjoyable to watch. Hope to see a couple more run rules tomorrow

We sit looking straight down the first base line and we both thought it was foul when it hit. When I looked down and saw the umpire indicating fair I was shocked.
