Texas Tech is the worst school in the Big 12 if not the entire country. Fans are horrible and least sportsmanlike of any school in the country. They throw batteries are our band when they visit. You'll get dip cups thrown at you and cops in Lubbock escort opposing team fans out of their stadium to protect them from the tech students. There are countless examples of how white trash Texas Tech is. I hope we never play Tech again.

Tech is my Big 12 School since A&M is in the SEC. Rooted for them this season. The only other game I miss other then Texas vs TEXAS A&M is the TEXAS A&M vs Texas Tech. dont care for any of the other Big 12 schools.

My first year at A&M ('98) they vandalized our school when we played them. Most of my experiences with their fans (and that includes relatives) have been very negative. I will never look positively on that school and their trashy fans.

I went to a game with friends in Stillwater during Sherman's first year. We were awful and OSU drilled us, but every single fan I met was very nice. Every one. I like them.

Tech on the other hand? I cannot believe that anyone here talking friendly about them has ever been to one of our games in Lubbock. No way.

Never have liked tehc. I've gone to many, many away games. Had horrible experiences (rude fans) at both LSU and tehc. All other venues, fans were either pretty neutral or super hospitable. Bama and Nebraska were the best. Over the top friendly.

Have always liked Tech, have several Tech friends, have dated several Tech students and alums, and like their new HC. I will root for them whenever they are not playing the Ags.

And, yes, I have been an Ag for 35 years.

considering Baylor and Texas are two of the other schools left in that conference...and considering someone from the Sumlin coaching tree is now in charge there....ya..i actually wont mind rooting for tech once in a while.

Picking a favorite Big12 team should be strategic toward the best interests of our beloved Texas A&M.

Let us root for the mighty Mountaineers of West Virginia. They were handpicked by TexU to replace us and they pose no real recruiting threat. May the Texas teams of the Big12 struggle against them piteously in every sport.

It's already been said, but anyone who likes TT should make a road trip to Lubbock for an eye opener.You will come away with a new understanding of how they operate. The fan base is horrible.

Okie State. Nicest fans left in the BigWTF. Had to turn down BBQ and beer on several occasions before game nights while in the band.

Out of the Texas schools, they are still behind TCU. The tech football team gets my underdog pull, but the fans and students can **** themselves. They would need to cure cancer and crap gold to get me to travel to Lubbock ever again.

The problem with Tech football fans (I've never had a problem at any other sporting event there outside football games) is that they don't recognize their own behavior as unsatisfactory. They see it as all fun and games. That's the difference. When Aggies see other Aggies making idiots of ourselves, we police our fans, such as the uncover idiots. Tech promotes/excuses the behavior.

It was our Athletic Director, not the President, if we're holding one another accountable for accuracy. His sin was mistaking bait which smelled like sh*t for sh*t and mistaking shoe polish for paint at night. My understanding is he did see, and smell, it. You're not denying that tceh fans vandalized the bus, but somehow I'm an ******* for bringing it up. Eff you, dewsh.

Tech fans were consistently the worst in the big12. You could always count on them to be rude, vandalize and start fights. Ill still never forget when they tore down their own goalposts and shoved them into the A&M student section. No class. That incident solidified it for me.

Tceh sucks. Their fans suck. Lubbock sucks. Their t-shirt fans suck. The ground Tceh is built on sucks.
