So I stopped by Scoots today...more out of curiosity than anything. He's got a pretty cool shop- scooters for rent or for sale. I can imagine getting people that flew/bussed into town on these- $30ish/day rental, and negligible gas.
I dug the new versions of Vespas...apparently they are tooled directly from the original Vespa machines. Fairly sweet.

This place needs to go on the 'Recently Opened' list. In the Target shopping center , between DSW and...whatever's to the left of it. heh.

The First National Bank of Huntsville/Madisonville/Crockett/Robertson County has opened a "Loan Production Office" (not sure what that means, but it does have an ATM) at the corner of Boonville and Copperfield. (There was a Prosperity branch there, for a very brief time.)

The rumor originated when it was stated that Eccell would not move into the Sully's building but it would be a "chain taco place", but I'll believe it when I see it.

Ate at Torchy Tacos on Shepherd yesterday in Houston. Told our waiter that this place would kill it in CS. He said they just opened in Lubbock and will be soon in Waco. Said that CS was definitely on their radar. Hope sooner than later.
