That can't be a fun discussion.

No discussion needed if you found it yourself. I'd quietly deport it and never speak anything of it until however long Mrs. Fife's statute of limitations is.

Thanks for the help, Shag.

I walked right past him at least once before I saw him. I had never seen a Coral in real life. Not sure how long they get, but this one was about 2 - 2 1/2 feet.

O come on... There's only like one snake that's actually been in someone's house. Unfortunately, it was the most venomous snake in North America.

Not really freaked out by Coral Snakes. By behavior, they are pretty docile snakes. They will usually coil up and hide their head underneath their body when encountered.

Once you understand snake behavior and why they do what they do, you can really deal with them a lot more easily.

My uneducated guess is Rat. If so they are some fat rats. The ones I've caught are half as thick and as long.

Doug got pissed when the grass went brown since he couldn't blend in, so he found the valve that wasn't working. Good snake.

Sorry for the cell phone pics- my wife sent me these. Found in the garage of a house she was showing.

It was politely encouraged into the backyard with a broom unharmed.

My first thought was maybe a brown snake but I'm not sure.

Think this was a bull snake. Sorry for the crappy through the windshield phone pic, he took off before I could get out and get a better one.
