deep down all women hate each other. When they are in a group there is a hiarchy based on looks. Penny has always been the pretty one of the group but now Raj's g/f is in the mix and she probably is used to being the pretty one. But Penny cut all of her hair off so she has lost that battle but just doesn't realize it yet.

but as for fictional penny, I do think she'll continue to feel somewhat inadequate. I don't hate her hair, but she is prettier with it longer.

Penny in that dress looked horrible. Looked like she was wearing a black trash bag. Now the next morning in the bikini is a different story. I'd probably be willing to look past the hair at that point.

I also thought Bernadett stole the show.
