What did y'all think about Chevelle? Though they were good but pretty off on a few songs. Middle class rut was good.

i thought the chevelle sound was off, could have been a little louder.

Thought that the opening band - Nothing More - was better than Middle Class Rut. Chevelle sounded good to me, but I get that some might have caught a sound issue.

Ill be at AlterBridge tonight, so should be able to tell if it was the venue or a band issue, on the sound.

Going to see Manchester Orchestra on 4/21 at HoB. Really looking forward to it.

That sounds about right. Started at 7:30. First band was heavier than Chevelle and was ok but had never heard them. I like middle class rut (sings New Low and Aunt Betty) so I enjoyed it. MCR came on at 8:30 so 9:15 should be good.

Chevelle killed it here in heehaw Kansas tonight. Great show, great energy, sounded really good.

Caught the last half of Middle Class Rut and dug it ... catchy stuff from only 2 guys

Chevelle put on a good show at HOB Dallas on Sun as well. Might try to catch Phantogram next week at Southside. Have tickets for NIN at Gexa in Aug.

I'm only 27 but I feel like an old person. I've never heard of most of the bands/people posted on here, just the old school stuff.

Edgefest was actually really, really solid.

Churches was excellent. She sounded great. They had a solid mix.


Beck played all the hits, which was cool. I would've liked to hear some stuff off the new album, but it probably wouldn't have been very conducive to the "festival" environment. I also could've done without the 2 dozen crowd surfers. Side note: have a little self awareness. If you're over about 150 pounds, don't even think about it.


The Avett Brothers killed it as always. Energy was really high. I'm guessing they blew it out since it was short set. Might have to make the trip to see them at Red Rocks in July...
