I got tickets to The Gaslight Anthem & Against Me at the HOB in Dallas on 10/4. Seen both bands live a couple times and they always are fun. This should be a great show.

Jimmy Buffett at Margaritaville Bossier City Saturday, September 20th.

Saw Sevendust in Wichita last month, the opener Gemini Syndrome had a crazy Albino lead singer that freaked me out.

Broken Bells are playing with Phantogram at the South Side in Dallas on 10/7... thinking about checking that one out.

Highlights of 2014 so far:

Springsteen and The E Street Band at The Woodlands in May. Incredible.

Steve Martin and The Steep Canyon Rangers , with Edie Brickell, at the Long Center. If you like bluegrass, very very enjoyable. Paul Simon made a guest appearance. SCRs are very talented.

Next up:

Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers Thursday at the Toyota Center. Looking forward to it - they may not be touring much longer. Last saw them 2 years ago.

Eagles at AT&T Center next month. Wonder if this is their last American concert, ever?

Theory of a Deadman tonight. Will be oldest geezer there.

Will be at HOB Dallas Saturday to see The Pretty Reckless. Don't expect much from the show, but who knows...

Nonpoint / Islander, in November at Trees. That should be a good show.

Then Shiprocked in February.

I'll be there as well, most likely.

I got my ticket when I thought a friend of mine and my cousin were going as well. Now it looks like I will going it alone. I will also be seeing them a week later in Houston on the 11th!

Only concert I've been to this year was the NEEDTOBREATHE show in Houston. It was amazing, but a slow year sadly.

Seeing dropkick murphys tonight in San Antonio. Sadly I'll miss the game but I'll record it. It's bittersweet.
