Building blocks on the offensive line are always a top priority, and Mike Elko and the Aggies added an imposing, athletic presence as Denton (TX) Ryan offensive lineman Marcus Garcia‍ announced his commitment.

The 6-foot-5, 255-pound standout turned heads working at right tackle as a junior in 2023. He is light on his feet and with bend and flexibility. He is also a multi-sport standout, attracting offers throwing the discus as well as on the football field.

Offensive line coach Adam Cushing led A&M’s recruiting efforts, and he becomes the sixth commitment of the Aggies’ 2025 recruiting class.

He is currently ranked No. 39 in the TexAgs Texas Top 100, and in addition to the Aggies, he held scholarship offers from the likes of Arkansas, Baylor, Florida, Florida State, Ole Miss and Texas Tech.
