What matters more are the regional matchups feeding into the Super Regionals. That is where the committee can absolutely screw somebody.

I get that bad showings in a conference tourney shouldn't hurt a team. That's fine.

If we went 0 fer 2 in the SEC tourney they would have justified not giving us a seed. The process is horses^&t!!!

I don't understand why so many are upset. This was more or less exactly what folks thought before the conference tourney. No surprise.

My only issue with the top 1-4 is I feel like A&M and Miami had stronger resumes than Louisville and Florida. Florida and Louisville have the 2 most talented teams in the country, but had some not so great weekend losses. That being said, I'm happy to be pair up against tech instead of LSU in game 1 of the CWS.
