Cruising downtown with a flat tire.....

Saw this car traveling west on Nueva crossing over the river, he goes proceeds around the courthouse and then east on Dolorosa/Market where he makes another turn later and then heads back on Commerce to the west. Maybe he is looking for the closest Rent-A-Tire store.
