Honestly, with a response like that, I'd rather them keep the $10 and I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went last Friday night and there were open bays all over the place. For all we knew, the OP worked for the company and was trying to get people in the door. Once they're in a bay, there's a lot money to be made on F&B.

Making it sound like I've done something wrong and I'm now "Busted" will park my behind at a grass range with a large bucket of balls.

what a crappy system...I mean, websites where things have to be done like this are a joke. I got a 3-day response time email from support. They activated my account and I am all setup now, but I would really like to know what the issue was.
