Single dude in Nacogdoches here. I can attest that its tough being single in East Texas.
yup especially if you are in your late 20s early 30s. Options are limited for waiting because they are either crazy, divorced or with kids (not saying its a bad thing just meaning i would want to be married first and then be a dad)
I have a single friend who moved to Tyler after being in Texarkanna for 7-8 years. He's 35, and thinks the dating scene in Tyler is just amazing. I guess it's all relative.

The dating scene is better in Tyler than TXK, but that's like saying Syria is better than Somalia. They both suck.
Most females in their 20's or 30's are either married, stupid, or look like crap.
When I was a single guy in that area, the better option was to import chicks from Central or West TX.
That's why I was shocked on pg1 that somebody like Pirategirl was around. You don't see that often in East TX.
