Chat was acting weird last night. It took me several tries to get in the right persons party so I could hear the others.

I haven't played this game in like 2 weeks. Has it been low numbers or am I the only slacker? I started a new workout program a couple weeks ago so when 9:00 rolls around I've typically chosen to veg in front of a show... video games take too much effort and I'm tired. Hopefully I'll adjust and get back to more gaming in the near future.

Been playing AC4 but I always check to see if anyone is on BF4 first.

Thursday nights are usually pretty good game nights for texags folks.

I'm gonna try to get on tonight. I was suppose to be up super early to be on a job tomorrow, but it just got pushed back so I think I'm due a game night. Brew a pot of coffee or something!

My second attempt actually works. The first attempt got tossed in the xboner box for spare parts. Only issue with the adapter is that I have to run the mic/game volume equalizer to about 90% mic and then turn up the master volume up to be able to hear the party chat. Other than that, it works just fine. As soon as microsoft pulls their heads out of their bums and adds the option to run the chat through the speakers again, I'll be set.

Had to turn everything off and unplug the Xbox to get it to work. We all going to party it up?

Weirdest thing last night - I was tired coming home, so I drank a Red Bull. An hour later, I fell asleep on the couch. IT WAS ONLY 8:30.

in other news my reign of ahole with a sniper rifle continues. 8-1 for 10,000 pts. Technically 8-3 bit two of them were re deploys. One for more ammo second to troll them by shooting them from the spawn across the map not just across the map. By switching spots they couldn't find me again and they weren't happy. Killed the same guy 5 times and he was never able to hit me. His buddy got me once. All the shots were from 1100-1400m.

Yep, that will do it. Good news is those are usually easy fixes, but they sure are cranky when they get them! I remember getting a lot of gaming time with newborns. I would usually stay up most nights and take the midnight diaper change and feeding. So I'd get a good 2-3 hours to do whatever I wanted.

All the Austin area schools were closed yesterday and it was super cold. So last night I built a fort/tent for the kids, busted out the camping burners, and we roasted hot dogs and shmores in the living room.

Sorry, none of that is BF related other than a reason why I wasn't playing it last night. I do want to get some decent time in the game before Titanfall comes out.

DICE is about to roll out platoons.

Platoons crossover between platforms (i.e. one platoon can have PS3,XBOX360,XBOXONE,PS4,and PC members in it), so I figure we should set up an Aggie platoon once it's available.

Has anybody thought of trading this game in? Not sure when/if I will get back into it now that Titanfall is out. It also doesn't help that I didn't get premium (wasn't happy with how glitchy the game was and was waiting till it got better... it sorta didn't!).

I still love the series, but I might be done with BF4. I'll just put the series aside and look forward to the next version which should hopefully be in much better shape and hopefully be Next Gen / PC only. Having this game on 5 completely different platforms did this game no favors!!! I also wouldn't mind a change in setting since BF4 felt more like a big BF3 expansion pack.

.....love how the announcement that naval strike for PC and XB1 would be delayed indefinitely came literally 3 hours before launch
