Tanks need to be more rusted. Sour crude makes steel rust.

You also need black leak stains on the tank where flow line enters and discharge line exits, and a small, locallized puddle of black crude at wellhead. Poster about pad was correct, and add a road that is either elevated to surrounding grade, or rutted up (or both).

Also need a gaging platform/walkway that looks like it has been hit by trucks numerous times and wouldn't support the weight of a well fed buzzard.

Probably. Never played it. But you have "runs" on a train. Like taking a train of oil cars from a city to city. Obeying crossings and controlling the train if it were real. Boring for most. But I like it.
