Being that PECOTA has the Rangers winning the West and The Stros only ahead of the Pirates in the NL Central; not sure it'd be a wise bet to take.

Of course, PECOTA's accuracy wasn't stellar last season either.

the rangers are a good team. i will leave it at that. I dont think 2009 is our year (never thought that, just been very happy where we are though).

2010 and 2011 will be our years.

But we will be better than the stros in 2009, 2010, and 2011, that much I will guarantee.
