Still early, but not sure we'll have that strong a women's 4x400 this year in an event we've always owned! Losing Tierra Robinson-Jones, Sanu Jallow, and Jania Martin hurt, we didn't do much to replace them

What's the problem with our track & field program? We go to these meets but do not produce anywhere close to programs like Arkansas, Florida and LSU. For the past five years this seems to be the norm for us, and I suspect it has to do with recruiting/NIL. Thoughts anyone?

Coach Pat Henry has had a WONDERFUL "RUN!" The last twenty years have been pretty amazing. Unfortunately he's not getting any younger and I suspect he is ready to retire. While no one knows the sport better, I think that the NIL, social media, and the constant recruiting have taken its toll. Wouldn't be surprised if he steps down this Spring.

We recruit well, but nowhere near close to what those schools do! Those schools really recruit well across all disciplines, we struggle in some! We don't have scoring options in a lot of events
