I thought it was an irresponsible move by McDowell. Sometimes you're beat; it happens. Really effed up a lot of finishes.

Ehh that's plate races imo. He was probably 10 milliseconds from it actually working. Trusting a spotter and knowing what type of track it is, they all know how it goes.

If he had slammed down like that and wasn't clear I'd agree. He was clear just ran out of talent. Not saying he's not talented, just that was a going to require some serious skill to maintain after Brad went across his bumper again.

Agree. The much more reckless move was what Logano and Cindric did at the end of stage 1. Not saying it was wrong but Buescher and whoever was behind him did some amazing driving to avoid a 20 car disaster at the front.

Not a fan of Denny the driver.
Denny the owner is great entertainment. Between how honest and transparent he is about the insides of the sport on his podcast, to calling out NASCAR, and seeing MJ in victory lane yesterday, he's doing great things for the sport.

Also cool to see Kurt Busch celebrating in victory lane yesterday as well. Glad he's still around.

Glad Bowman had a nice rebound after getting DNF'd early last week.

Denny was doing a good job holding off the faster Larson there at the end. Overall a pretty good race. Proud that Chase moved up so much and ended top 5, Bubba showed some maturity in his post crash interview, and Hamlin got a good 50/50 love hate treatment from the crowd.
