If A&M manages to win one in Potable Water tomorrow and loses 2 of 3 to Lower Kansas (likely), do they even get to host a super regional or has the carriage already turned into the all too familiar pumpkin?

The question is whether we're a top 8 seed or not.

That would put us at 18-12 and 4th.

I would guess we could still get the 7-8 NS as long as we win a game or two in Hoover.

If we finish 18-12, National seed

But 16-14 or 17-13 without a couple of wins in Hoover would probably put it in the selection committees hands and they'll screw us over again

Greatly depends on what the other teams in the current Tip 8 do. East Carolina is helping by losing. Georgia's hurting by winning. FSU falling off pace. It's possible to back door your way to a Top 8 if you start in the top 3 like we did.

That's what happened in 2015. We played our way out of one down the stretch and as a result got stuck with TCU. You could argue we still should have been a national seed but we put it in the committee's hands.

After beating Miss State 2 of 3 in 2015 we were sitting at 33-3 (11-3 in SEC play).
Proceeded to finish conference play with a 7-7 stretch losing 3 of the final 4 series and splitting with Ole Miss 1-1 due to rain.

Arkansas has hit a rough patch of their own. They also have not played particularly well way from Fayettenam.

Our first loss of the season by more than 2 runs. We still can win the SEC West with a 4-0 finish or 3-1 with an Ark loss today. In great shape for a top4 seed at Hoover and most likely a top 8 seed unless we just lose the rest.

One day a time. Baseball starts ever game 0-0.

Kentucky currently up 3-0, Cags on the mound for UF. He's not looking great today.

The announcers last night were wrong on that stat. We lost a game by 4 to Miss St
