I don't think it's that. I think the talent level/depth/experience isn't on the roster yet. With the exception of Rogers, our point guards wouldn't be more than clean up minutes on most elite rosters.

I don't think coaching is the issue. The roster is just not talented enough to get to the level that we want them to be at to win consistently. I trust Joni will recruit and use the portal effectively this offseason.
