We will be flying to Tokyo (Haneda) and looking for the best/easiest way to get from the airport to the hotel in Shibuya, considering we have a young one and luggage. I know the subway & train are available, but is Uber a good option there as well?

Yes, Uber/taxi is a convenient option. Worth checking if your hotel runs a shuttle from the airport, too. We just got back from our visit. Enjoy!
