Its both. People that claim to be trans are mentally ill. There's no such thing as trans. Anyone willing to kill someone outside of defense of yourself or others is evil.

I always bristle at the words "mental illness"
In a criminal case.

At the very least a "mental illness" can be used to mitigate punishment. At the worst, it could lead to a jury finding of "not guilty by reason of insanity".

If a member of the jury has read stuff like this for years that juror could create a preconceived idea that mental illness leads to lighter punishments.

Words matter and this is a form of gaslighting that criminal defense attorneys can use to their benefit.
One probably has to have been in this arena to understand that problems like this exist in the prosecution of criminal cases.

Unless, of course, one of you is a psychiatrist and has specialized in this type of behavior and has testified as an expert witness.

There really needs to be punishment and accountability for these dip **** judges that keep letting these violent monsters out on bond.

Surprised no one has taken a shot at one of them that has lost a family member due to one of these progressive hacks.

It's gonna take that happening a couple of times before we see any change

Let's be real, a male that chooses to identify as a woman and go by Karon, a derivative of Karen that wrongly or rightly carries a certain connotation in current usage, is a crazy *****.

I will continue to advocate for a return of tarring and feathering of public officials.

We need to get back to a time where government officials are scared of the public they serve, not the other way around.

This. They are supposed to be our servants, but view us as slaves. The tar needs to be very hot...mental humiliation is only one part of the process.

6 arrested after attempting to steal over $2,500 in merchandise from Deerbrook Mall

not too concerned about that story, but hidden in it was this gem.....

Quote:

n an ironic glimpse into how prevalent shoplifting has become, a separate would-be shoplifter was apprehended at the Deerbrook Macy's as Humble PD reported the initial bust.
This time, a woman concealed more than $170 worth of merchandise in a shopping bag lined with tin foil, which she believed would obstruct the anti-theft detection devices in the store.

Unfortunately, her brilliant plan ended up just like the interior of her bag: foiled.
