Not to wish anyone any bad luck, but once this (and other things) are in place, I want to see a massive evacuation take place somewhere. Jammed freeways like in some of the hurricanes. It will change the outlook of many as far as EVs.

It's not about what's best. It's about showing the program is successful by the number of participants who take the "free money."
