• She's leaving at 4 or something so that'll be a bunch of fun with her getting back whatever time over there
• Parent-teacher meeting for Ms Goofy
• Just a 'here's how she's doing' thing instead of her doing something wrong
• Did I mention I have an 8 year old now who's lost two teeth as of yesterday?

Went to bed early last night only to be woke up by a tornado warning.
Tornado was south of where I live.
Woke up on time this morning. Drove to work.
Pulled tires and loaded trucks.
Going to be a long day. 12 hour days suck.
Ready for 5 p.m.

I didn't sleep very well and now I have to be awake until it's socially acceptable to fall asleep.

• Storm messed with sleep last night but all is well
• Need to be working on training videos this AM. Hopefully I'll get to it soon.
• Few meetings this afternoon.
• Had someone request "Greenland" for a trip. Basically it is very expensive to go on a tour there, and you have to fly to Northen Europe to get there in most cases. Yeah I think they will pass.

I quoted them Iceland originally. That is most likely what they will go with, but they also asked about Greendland and Canada (Northern Lights).

But even flights to Iceland were pretty bad - I figured there would be some direct flights from major cities. Have to do more research on that (haven't done much yet)

Thanks. I'll do more digging. In a quick google flights search they all seemed pretty cruddy but I haven't spent any more time until they actually choose the destination.

I had a pole cat hop out of the grass when I was driving down my driveway. I am glad he went another direction.

• Dr appointment for my leg - might not be as bad as originally thought. Go for an ultrasound on Wednesday. Maybe only 1-2 weeks in the boot.

You might see if they want to visit Sutherland in
Northern Scotland, which was also named by Vikings.
Should be easy to get to this time of year.
