Von Miller named MVP of Super Bowl 50
One of the great Aggie linebackers and former Butkus Award winner Von Miller needs more room on his trophy case, as he was just named the Most Valuable Player of Super Bowl 50.
He began the game with a hearty "Thanks and gig 'em" to Aggies everywhere, and then he promptly dominated the Carolina Panthers' offensive line and NFL MVP Cam Newton.
The Denver Broncos took down the Panthers 24-10 behind Miller's 6 tackles, 2.5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles, the first of which was recovered for Denver's first touchdown of the game.
He then helped seal the victory with another sack fumble of Newton with 4:00 left in the game.
Congrats and gig 'em to Von, along with Broncos Head Coach (and Aggie) Gary Kubiak on their Super Bowl victory.
