No!! Never!! SEC refs can suck on occasion, but rarely that bad. That call was intentional. The whistle had not blown. The runner wasn't down by contact, and the ball was stripped by ISU. Indisputable video evidence.

If TU were a conference member and went through the SEC schedule they would be no higher than a 12th place team.
