This was our most lopsided loss of the season. Before today, we had never lost by more than 4 runs. Dating back to a 5-4 home loss to Georgia on 4/27, we have lost 5 of our last 6 SEC games to drop to 16-10 in SEC games.
Assuming Mississippi State hangs on to beat Arkansas on the road, Arkansas will drop to 18-8 in SEC games. That means we will remain 2 games behind Arkansas in the SEC West standings. Hopefully, we can bounce back with a win tomorrow to avoid a sweep and stay within 2 games of Arkansas before our regular series finale against Arkansas at home.

That was aggravating!
But, for me, it's just a game. Just entertainment.
I have plenty of other, truly important, things going on in my life.
So I've already flushed this loss.

Actually, this will make the rest of the season even more interesting.
And I hope it will serve to "reset" the team.
I'm looking forward to it!
