Wacha left his last outing with a foot injury and is questionable for his next scheduled start.
hopefully Wacha can have a strong second half. I think he is arbitration eligible in 2017

He's still showing an amazing propensity to give up the long ball, but to his credit most of them are solo shots. Last year you could almost put money on him giving up a solo shot in the 5th or 6th inning. This year that has become 2-3 home runs it seems.

The Cardinals will skip Michael Wacha's next start as the club looks to start limiting his innings moving forward.

The St. Louis Cardinals confirmed Michael Wacha's return to the rotation via the team's Twitter account:
Wacha has pitched the last two times through the rotation.
I think that quote is a little out of context. He was hit with batted balls in two straight starts, so the question was whether he was injured and might miss a start.
