Right I've been to the park, it's not like the Superdome or like you're on Bourbon St.

Frisco(Dr Pepper Ballpark) is a great location

IMO, it would be a huge mistake to play the SEC Tournament in the Superdome. Don't know how far Zephyr Field is away from Bourbon Street but as for the baseball side of the equation it would be the far better venue if NOLA ever hosts the tourney.

I'm not saying that at all. But some might think it's a good spot because they think of Burbon street.

No one would. The only reason I could think of is that it's pretty easy to get to via plane.

Seems like Gwinnett, GA would be a good location.

Just my $0.02...

I'd prefer Memphis over any, but I'd most prefer a change in format. As someone who just can't take off of work at the drop of a hat, and with much higher stakes tournaments starting the next week, I can't justify planning a trip where we may play just one single game.

I don't have a better idea to submit at this moment...but a better format but held in Toronto would have a higher attendance probability from me than the current format anywhere east of the Sabine.

The city of Beaumont is missing out on a fantastic opportunity.

Hey, Beaumont ain't so bad. I guarantee there is as much to do there as Frisco, Metairie, or Hoover. And I should know as I have been to all areas.
