the Vandy Whistler reminds me of the old bullhorn guy at the MSC on football gamedays
Except the bullhorn guy wasn't broadcast nationwide during the entire event.
Did the bullhorn guy die? I read somewhere that he died.

The Vandy people hate him too. ...and I think he primarily does it on the road, not as much at home because of how much they hate him.

I'm curious to see what will happen. Olsen doesn't allow things like Megaphones. He reportedly uses a whistle. I wonder if it'll be allowed.
