I think Missouri State and TCU are going to get left out on the national seed front. FSU and Vandy are going to get a seed with DBU getting 7 or 8.

I won't be shocked where we go in order but I get the feeling we are going to get rewarded for being 25-0 in non-conference with a weak regional field and paired with a weaker regional if we don't get the super regional. I do think we get a national seed.

Um no they didn't. They beat us once. Didn't even follow the tournament enough to know that once it got to the semifinals it was no longer double elimination.

FSU in no way deserves a Natty Seed with 19 losses. If we played a round robin type format in the SEC like they do in the ACC, Vandy would have never gotten a second shot at us. The ACC also does not deserves 3 Natty Seeds. I can live with the Aggies not getting one but will be royally pissed if FSU gets one if we are left out.

I don't think the ACC gets three. I don't see Louisville getting one (crazy as that sounds). They have 16 losses themselves and can't point to a top 5 SoS the way FSU can.

okay, Vandy (42-19) is out of the mix -- that's just too many losses compared to A&M (11), TCU (11), and Missouri State (10). The Ags will finish 4 or 5 spots better in the RPI than Vandy too

A&M is #6 in RPI. Vandy is #10.

It's a toss up at this point. Baseball purist will give Vandy the edge in "eye test". Lots of talent on that team.

We came close to letting it slip away, but I feel confident we get it.

Ags land National Seed... book it! Dores have a 19-7 non-conference v our 25-0 record. Plus, our RPI is highest of the three other bubble teams (Missouri State, Vandy, FSU). Not to mention our record v RPI Top 50/25 is 7-3.

OK .. but I just don't see TCU being picked as a seed ahead of Ags or Vandy. That makes no sense looking at all of the criteria.

IMO we are a national seed, #6 IMO

And what about Mizzou State if they advance to the SR? They can't host.
