I installed a 230v pioneer mini split. The indoor unit will not power on.

Wires 1/2/3 match from indoor to outdoor unit, both grounded, and I confirmed that the indoor unit is getting power with a voltage pen. I pulled a vacuum, it held for 15 minutes, released the freon and checked for leaks with soap.

But the darn thing won't turn on! What else could it be??

Is this with the remote? Have you tried with the emergency switch?

Does it have a small fuse on the circuit board like a standard hvac system does ?

I've tried researching, but haven't seen any fuses.

Yea, tried the switch and nothing. It almost feels like the unit defective.

In some cases, your mini-split may not be powering on at all. This problem can be due to a wide range of problems, the most likely of which include a defective unit,

might be time to call pioneer
