We are remodeling our kitchen and we currently have a gas cook top, but are considering going to an induction cooktop.
Any recommendations? Yes we know we would have to buy some new cookware.

We love our Bosch. Heats up much faster than a convection top. Also, the surface doesn't get super hot and scorch food, so clean up is very easy when you spill. Would definitely go that route again.
