Thanks! but I still can't seem to find where I actually schedule the appointment. I called them again and the lady said "we will see you between 7am and 3:30".
You put your project number and click on request inspection.

Not to get too far off track, but this is type of reasoons why people have such issues with government business. In no commercial business can I think of would they tell you to wait around from 7am to 3:30 for somebody to show up. Even the cable companies give you like a 2-3 hour window. I'm sure there will be some fee or penalty if nobody is there when they do decide to show up.
Last month COH Code Enforcement did more than
51,000 inspections. Do the math on how many inspections per work day that is. Inspectors are doing anywhere from 15 to 25 inspections per day with drive time in between each one. Again, do the math.

I was told my contractor can go through the permit office to setup some Droid account to narrow down the window, again the permit office doing everything they can to push off the homeowner.
Inspections are inspections. No one gets special treatment. You can call the inspector first thing in the morning to find out where you are on the schedule. My last inspection had me waiting until 3:30. My builder's HVAC inspection didn't happen until 4:15. I get that you think you're special, but you're not. Here's a pro-tip, though - If you schedule your inspection two days in advance, you usually land near the beginning of the schedule.

Then I read some of those notes about what the inspector says he saw. He was straight up lying about "noticed new electrical light switches". With the exception of a shower light disconnected, absolutely ZERO electrical work had been done. He can assume whatever he wants but he is making 100% false accusations and I have major issues him coming in my home doing this. I would LOVE for him to provide ANY proof of these new switches he saw.
If you're going to accuse an inspector of wrongdoing, make a complaint to the Office of Inspector General. They will investigate it and take appropriate action.

I also am not sure what he meant by "new glass rock in the bottom bathroom/shower". I don't have as much issue with this because I don't know what it means, but if he is going to make notes about this stuff without pictures then it is a mute point in my opinion.
You can request copies of all the photos that were taken. I've seen them, and they support the inspector's comments.

On a positive, I got a licensed plumber, electrician, and HVAC to start pulling those permits. So the "non-profit organization" will get all their money and fines.
Good for you, but it's clear that you want to ***** and moan no matter what. Have fun with that. You got yourself into this mess when you bootlegged a major project. I tried to help you and you pissed all over my leg. I'm done with this thread.
But before I go, I am, however going to give special attention to this:

I have major issues him coming in my home doing this.
Your contractor invited the inspector into your home and gave him the nickel tour of every bit of work being done. I repeat - for the good of the order -
your contractor invited the inspector into your home._____________________________________________
