I played it this past Monday. It was in good shape. It's a small step up from Briarcrest.

There's no specific email about this. It was an ad run by the golf course promoting the $39 membership. The email was from the Houston A&M club. if you're interested, call the number listed above. That's the number given on the ad. I deleted the email a couple of weeks ago after I wrote the number down. FWIW I have not called so no details to give out.
