Btw, that idiotic eyebrow-raising quote from the Texas head football coach is example #36,794 of the dishonesty and biased duplicity of the majority of reporters who cover the longhorn sports beat.

Almost all of the reporters at the presser chose NOT to report that juicy news-worthy quote.

Kudos to Mike Finger for having the ethics and integrity to report it.

So, if what Charlie said is true, it means that he can't develop NOR coach players. Essentially he's got the best athletes in the country and they barely beat a 1-3 really bad Notre Dame, and lost to a really bad Cal team.

Seems like he's trying to get fired.

Hard to believe, but, yes, he really said that today.

Two sip media members reported it: Finger and Wescott.

The rest of the sip media cringed, shook their heads in disbelief, and dutifully did not report it.

If any other head coach at big P5 school said something that boastful and stupid, it would be reported and discussed and ridiculed all over ESPN, sports talk radio, the newspaper websites, and XM radio.

To be fair, Leak Leak made it to the Arkansas v. A&M game the other night. He will be able to relay the information to coach Strong and the rest of the defensive unit to what a defense actually does.
