Here's the only question that actually matters and still hasn't been answered:

Are you going to take the ****ing bet, Randy? Or not? An unbiased jury will decide whether you've proven the fraud you allege, and you can present any evidence you want as long as its authenticity is established in accordance with normal legal standards.

Quit changing your argument and hiding on the other board. You've done TONS of "research" to get to the point where you allege that A&M committed fraud on the USPTO in 1990 when they filed their trademark application. Well, there's a legal standard for fraud in that regard, and I spoon-fed you the ****ing case that lays it out. If you're so certain of your position, then put your money where your mouth is and step up to the plate.

AN UNBIASED FACT-FINDER WILL DECIDE IF YOU CAN PROVE YOUR CLAIM OR NOT. Not someone picked by us or me. Hell, I'll even agree to take $1,000.00 of the pot and spend it on a set of 3 neutral fact finders that we can all agree on to hear the evidence and the arguments and make the decision. JUST LIKE A NORMAL TRIAL. Quit trying to recast what the bet is and convince others that the bet's terms are biased in our favor. They're not.

I think the problem is that yoo: a) don't have the money; and b) know you're going to get your ass kicked.

The good news is now we don't need to (as if we ever did) engage any sip in any discussion regarding the 12th Man. RD's silence has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that all his claims are false.
