I would say it's starting deflate slightly given continued interest rate increases. That being said, there have been several units getting snapped up quickly as they hit the market if they are well located and priced right with the right amenities/build out.

Really depends on the complex, in my opinion.

We went from 0 Woodlands condos on the market to 5 or 6 within days of each other.

Lakeridge are doing very well and some smaller older complexes are doing good as well.
