2007 Ford Majestic 28A Motorhome
6.8 V10 with 5k miles on new motor
6 new tires
New brakes
2 new batteries
Roof recently professionally sealed
Generator runs
Roof AC works great
Fridge works
New sink fixtures in kitchen and bath
Water heater works
From what I understand this started it's life as a Cruise America RV. At 144k miles the previous owner didn't have enough antifreeze in and cracked the block. Has a jasper reman put in. I bought a year ago and have taken multiple trips around the state in it. 149k now. Just got back from Garner on spring break. I had dreams of a great American road trip this summer and fixed it up mechanically to be ready but decided to let my toddlers get a little bigger so they'll remember the trip. I fixed a leak in the front nose and replaced the wood that had been damaged. Cruise America still uses this floorplan.
Generator tailpipe fell off (I have it)
Have started removing caulk from sides and haven't recaulked
Thermostat is missing and I assume this means the furnace doesn't work. We've just used an electric heater.
Wallpaper where I fixed leak in nose cone is torn
This isn't brand new or perfect but it's a functional RV. I wouldn't be scared to take my family anywhere in it. My plan was to recaulk the sides and put on RVTrader for 17500. It's slow work with 2 kids under 3 and my real job so I decided to offer up here and see if another Ag with a family wanted to finish it up or use as is. My Ag price is 14750 like it sits.
