If I like the mods then maybe I'm interested, If I don't like 24" apes and that's one of your mods then maybe I'm not interested.

Potential buyers should not have to dig for info in order to find out they're not interested.

You may very well sell it by this means, but by making the potential buyer work for more info that could easily be provided in the listing does not help you at all.
