Maybe in your reading you also noticed where Gus's started. Memphis hot chicken, was the key part of that. Well aware that it's different than Nashville hot chicken. I'm pretty die-hard Hattie B's fan, but I'll check out Prince's next time. Thanks for the tip 6PD.
