Since were talking about 2 high school prospects i think its safe to assume that their times are doctored a bit. Still, both are reported in the 4.6 or below range so who knows whos faster.

Why is everyone saying he's a 5 star? Everywhere I've looked has him as a 4 star.

And yes stars do matter on this case because it would be cool to have 5 star Kyle(r) throwing to 5 stars Speedy, RSJ, Kirk, and Griffin

I recall him being a pretty sick talent for both football and basketball. I always wondered if "risky" candidates are penalized in rankings.

They have been penalized in the past if it's fairly certain they are Juco headed.

If I recall he was a 5 star and then Ketch dropped him to a 4 star because of his academic issues. Yes I'm being serious

We weren't screwing around. Griffin is staying at TSU because he cannot make it past compliance here or Bama. Maybe next year but I think he is draft eligible at that point and might as well try to make it to the NFL.

What's the issue with him qualifying for here or bama?

I find it hard to believe he will stay at TSU unless he has no big name options.
