Who hasn't played varsity sports of some sort (assuming you mean high school)?
Squadron probably wore his letter jacket all of freshman year in college until someone told him it wasn't cool anymore.
A lot of kids don't play. My brother who is two years younger than I doesn't plan on it

Your fan base better not be made up exclusively of parents of players only. To fill 120k seats we will need something like 29,000 walk on players.
So would a relevant answer include me being the son of parents who have a kid in sports?
My guess is fans are a lot more loyal to the team than parents.
