I wonder how the movie is going to be split between the fighting leading up to the evacuation, the time spent while the Germans figured out exactly what to do with them on the beach, and the evacuation itself.
I always found Dunkirk interesting, because of two things. One being the fact that the war could've effectively ended right there if the Germans had kept pushing, either by forcing a British surrender to save the lives of all those men, or by killing them. And the second being just how resourceful the British people were in that evacuation.
