Workout:
Run 800m
Then 3 rounds of:
21 power clean @75
15 push-ups
9 knees to elbow
Then run 400m
Then 2 rounds of:
15 burpees
9 push press @75
3 strict pull-ups
Then run 200m
100 situps
100 Russian twist with 25 plate
Run 800m
