Hour run w/ 5x3' pick ups. First time to push any speed since I jacked my back. Hamstrings and lower back felt tight but otherwise all cylinders are firing.

went mountain biking at lunch with a buddy. took a gnarly spill, but luckily escaped with only a bunch of scrapes and cuts.
have a 7 mile run after work...i'll probably stick to the roads
